Four individuals from staff of the Dangote Group were on Thursday charged before an Ogun State High Court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Lagos Zone , for supposed N 15m misrepresentation .

The respondents , Adewale Dalmeida, Ibrahim Lawal , Afeez Olaniba and Lukman Adam , were charged before Justice O . J . Bamgbose on two checks of scheme and taking.

As per the EFCC , an appeal to was gotten from the organization that Dalmeida, an armada investigator , whose activity plan included checking, following and detailing trucks of Dangote Cement , Ibese plant , schemed with the main driver of the organization, Lawal , and a Ghanaian driver, Adam , and Olaniba , who functioned as an operator at the Nigerian - Benin fringe, to dupe the organization of N 15m .

It was assembled that the respondents redirected nine trucks conveying 800 packs of bond each , esteemed at over N 15m , which were intended to be conveyed to the organization' s clients in Togo.

As indicated by the EFCC , the litigants executed the demonstration through phony character cards and truck number plates.

The blamed argued not liable to the charges.
