I haven’t been paid for selling newborn’s placenta to cleric – Suspect
A nursing orderly , Fatima Suleiman, who purportedly sold another conceived child ' s placenta for N 20, 000 to an Islamic pastor , Salaudeen Ibrahim , on Thursday said she had not been paid for the exchange before she was captured.
In a meeting with writers in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, the nursing specialist , who worked at Capstone Hospital, Taiwo Road, Ilorin , said the priest approached her to get the placenta for him .
Suleiman and Ibrahim were strutted close by different suspects by the Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Mr Bolaji Fafowora.
The nursing chaperon said that she was a companion to Ibrahim ' s spouse and that the pastor requested that her get the placenta around two months back .
" The priest requested that I get it ( placenta) . I prevailing with regards to getting one simply a week ago. It ' s my first time of taking part in it .
